From the start, Steve and his colleagues were magnificent. We split into three groups and spent the morning taking turns piloting incredible simulators, landing in exotic destinations around the world. Each team was guided by highly experienced Captains whose expertise, stories, and engaging style made the experience unforgettable. The facilities and catering were equally impressive, and the impact on my clients was both immediate and lasting. Big thanks to the entire team.Posted onVerified Impressive Experience I flew the 747 simulator with for 1 hour and I was very impressed. I have flown a few simulators in the past and this one is great and very realistic. The experience was made all the better due to my instructor, Pete, who is a very experienced former BA Captain. He put me through my paces with some circuits at Heathrow, ILS landings and finishing off with an approach and landing at Hong Kong Kai Tak. The whole set up and operation is very slick and professional and I have booked to go back for another session. Highly recommended.Posted onVerified FSM has got even better! First visit to Flight Simulator Motion since it has been under new management but it is even better than it was before. Sarah was my Instructor and we flew the 737-800 into Belfast City and then the Isle of Man. We planned our route to begin with, fed the instructions into the flight management computer and then, from the gate at Liverpool, pushed back, started engines, taxied to the runway and flew a challenging approach across the Irish Sea into Belfast. The simulator moves as a real aircraft would and I noticed this particularly on the approach, given we were avoiding thunderstorms. Terrific fun and probably as near as it is possible to get to a real flight experience. Steve, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and Sarah remains a brilliant Instructor. Cannot recommend this more highly.Posted onVerified 5 Star Experience Has a fantastic and absorbing time in the 737-motion simulator. Nick my instructor who was very pleasant and knowledgeable guided me through the setup and start up of the aircraft right through to the Landing. It really does feel like you are flying, and I had such an enjoyable time.All the team were very nice and welcoming, and made the experience special.As a complete novice myself I highly recommend this experience to anyone who has an interest in flight. Today was my second visit to FSM, Coventry. It's a pleasure to visit and enjoy the informal training at FSM. (They do more formal training too!). Nice people and super helpful. Don't worry if you are new to the excitement of the professional Flight Sim. FSM are really good at sensing your skill level and giving you just the right level of help to ensure you have a great time and a successful flight. If you are stumped for a birthday or Christmas gift for an aviation enthusiast, this is your answer.If you have been flying Flight Sim on your PC, this is a game changer. It really is good value for money so worth giving yourself a treat.At a practical level, it's easy to find, easy to park, and you can combine it with a visit to the Midland air Museum, next door. It is that good I have booked a further 4 sessions.
